IS EVERYWHERE
The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.

Also known as ‘Reo,’ I would describe myself as a person who is ‘big on life,’ and taking in every moment as it comes. I’ve to take life as it comes, the good with the bad. To truly appreciate the good times and to learn from the bad ones. I believe that even if life throws it’s punches, I should never give up fighting.

Laughter has always been at the heart of my family growing up, hence I’ve been dubbed the funny guy among my friends. When it’s time to let loose and have fun I’m playful but when work calls I know how to be serious. I enjoy ice skating, going out to watch movies, and going out to watch cricket games.
Growing up with my father as a Minister instilled morals and values in me that have built the man I am today. My parents raised me with Christian values that carry me throughout life today, ensuring the decisions I make are sound and are based on good judgement.

I would describe acting as my first love, (sorry ladies), but seriously, acting is my greatest passion. It allows me to express myself in a way that nothing else does. Acting allows me to tell different stories, and see through the eyes of many souls who’s journeys are yet to be foretold.
Acting allows me to create, to express, to have fun, to feel, to emote and to be me, by bringing characters from different walks of life into being – giving them a voice. Hard work epitomises how I tackle any task, believing there is no challenge too big nor any mountain too high to conquer.

Why I chose the entertainment Industry.

I actually did not want to become a Thespian at first, I wanted to be a surgeon like every child when they were asked what they wanted to be.
I wanted to save lives and feel like I am helping the world to be a better place, at that time it was cool to tell people that you want to be a doctor because of the type of shows and the programmes they were playing on television that time.
I later in my teenage life fell in love with the entertainment industry because of Hip Hop and the culture of it, it is so unique and so diverse. I am a funny person (so they say) and because of that I started watching a lot of sitcoms like Martin; The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Everybody Hates Chris, just to name my favourites. I have always loved comedy and how the writers construct the comedic moments, but most of the time it is the actors improvisation on set that brings that comedic moment and that is why I am in love with it.
I just want to make the audience enjoy some good entertainment and make them walk out of that cinema/theatre thinking deeply or laughing. In my last year of High School I decided to become a Thespian and actually go to school to be one, many people don’t train to be one and that is why some people can’t act. Acting is not just about the script, it is also about the movements especially in theatre, people like Denzel Washington, Tom Hardy and Leonardo DiCaprio are the ones that inspire me to push myself harder.
Bringing Joy to the audience is why I decided to be a Thespian and I will never stop until I have reached my goals.
